After changing the filter, he noticed just how messy and damp the underneath of his home was.  DryZone came to the home to do a thorough inspection and knew exactly what his home needed to be properly repaired. Not only would the crawl space be much cleaner to crawl through for filter changes, but would keep out cold air and moisture that brought their energy bills through the roof!

Groundwater can put high levels of pressure on basement walls. After many years, this Lincoln, DE homeowner was beginning to notice some horizontal cracks in their basement walls. Concerned for the foundation, they called DryZone to strengthen the walls and waterproof so no more water could intrude their basement. After strengthening the walls with CarbonArmor, DryZone wrapped the walls in CleanSpace to guide water to a trench drain that led to a sump pump. Now, this home is stronger and waterproofed from the inside!
