That's when she discovered DryZone's concrete lifting and leveling services.    Our System Design Specialist, Derek, conducted a thorough inspection and explained how we could lift and level the concrete pads using PolyLevel.   This project involved two key components: PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant. PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane formula that permanently lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs. The process begins by drilling small, penny-sized holes in the slab, then injecting a structural-grade polymer into the void beneath. As the polyurethane expands, it gently and precisely lifts the slab back to its original position. The installation is typically completed in just a few hours, and the surface can be used again in as little as 15 minutes.    With the concrete now level, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to protect the joints from water intrusion, helping prevent future damage. 

This homeowner's home in Wilmington had a bouncy floor as a result of a broken beams in the crawlspace. DryZone was able to not only lift but also stabilize the floors underneath by installing SmartJacks and a support beam. 

A 70-year-old home in Wilmington, DE had a crawl space that was completely concrete and suffering horribly from standing water and musty smells. The homeowner wanted to create a healthier living environment by fixing the entire crawl space and called the experts at DryZone.   DryZone was thorough in their inspection and determined that the removal of all the debris i.e. bricks laying on the concrete floor throughout the space and adding CleanSpace technology would drastically improve the condition of the space. CleanSpace technology was used in the entire crawl space and the piers were also wrapped. In addition, the DryZone experts installed an exterior discharge pipe and LawnScape outlet. All the vents were blocked off from the inside to ensure that unconditioned air from the outside can not get in. This basement in Wilmington had standing water in their basement. They had been dealing with the problems for years and had even resorting to raising their washer and dryer up to avoid the water. Finally fed up the homeowners called the experts, DryZone. We inspected the basement and came up with a solution for the homeowner. First they needed to address the standing water issue. The homeowners needed a way for water that was seeping up through the footer and the floor to be directed to the sump pump. For their basement the right choice was Flangeless WaterGuard. The water that is seeping through the floor and into the basement will now be obsessed into the WaterGaurd System. They installed a TrenchDrain near the door and an inspection port to allow our service personnel to clean and service the system. As well the homeowners needed a place for the water to go and discharged out of the basement. They went with the SuperSump pump. The SuperSump includes a powerful Zoeller ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of the basement. They also installed a IceGuard discharge line. Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything. This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into the basement.
