The homeowners in Milford, DE were experiencing cracks and sinking concrete on their driveway. They were concerned with these cracks becoming worse and they wanted this problem to be taken care of right away! DryZone came out to the property to inspect the problem and right away the homeowners knew PolyLevel was the best solution! 

This homeowner wanted to make things right in their home for the next owner. We installed our CleanSpace wall system, installed a FlexiSpan for a crack in their basement and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep moisture and water out for good!

This homeowner in Milford, DE kept getting water in their basement every time it rained. After finding us online, they gave us a call to see what could be done! After reviewing their space and noting where the leaking was, the System Design Specialist suggested that the best way to get the water out of the basement is to install WaterGuard around the perimeter of the space which would then drain into a sump pump. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which includes three sump pumps in one! With these two things in place, any water that comes into the basement from the walls or floors drains into the perimeter drainage system, into the pump and then out through a discharge pipe into their yard, away from their home.  Now this homeowner can utilize their basement alot more and be able to store their precious items without any worry of them being damaged.

This Milford homeowner called DryZone after noticing significant sinking of their concrete pool deck. They noticed whenever they spent the day at the pool, people were tripping over sidewalk steps that were lower than they used to be.  DryZone recognized the sinking slabs and injected some PolyLevel beneath the surface to gently lift the slab to the appropriate height. After lifting, the seams between the slabs were sealed to prevent water from penetrating and causing sinking.

After the Design Specialist went underneath the home, he discovered multiple areas that held droplets of water that caused mold growth.    In order to prevent the mold growth, DryZone needed to curb the moisture and make the crawlspace a controlled environment. In order to control the environment, DryZone sealed off the entryway with an EverLast Crawlspace Door and wrapped the walls, piers, and dirt floor in CleanSpace. After sealing off every corner of the crawlspace, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed with a condensate pump to remove any additional moisture. 

David M. reached out to DryZone after noticing a smell coming in through his crawlspace. He had begun realizing the smell mostly occurred on rainy days when large amounts of water came into the crawlspace.  A design specialist form DryZone realized the standing water and high humidity had caused mold and mildew marks on floor joists and support beams. In order to properly remedy the smell, the crawlspace had to stay dry. DryZone installed CleanSpace vapor barriers around the beams and walls to isolate the crawlspace from the outside air. Then, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to control the environment and reduce any smells. Now the home is dry and has no standing water smells!

After trying to store holiday items in the basement, this Milford, DE homeowner realized the cardboard boxes were holding moisture after a short amount of time. Concrete slabs can sink into homes and cause water to collect. On this front porch, the slab sank and water collected against the wooden door frame. After a couple of storms, the wood started to turn dark and microbial growth started forming. DryZone lifted and leveled the concrete porch and sealed the seams to protect the wood behind it. 

This homeowner had made the purchase of her home earlier this year. After living in the home for a little bit, she noticed that her floors were uneven and unlevel and that some of her sliding glass doors were unable to be opened. After getting a different company to look at it, they discovered that the foundation of the home was sinking! That company offered a solution, that was way over her budget and included a lot more than what needed to be done. That is when DryZone stepped in. Our design specialist took a look under the home and found that half of the home has sunk 6 inches! Not only did he find the problem, but he discovered the reason why it was happening, as well as putting a plan together that would fix the issue and stay within the homeowner's budget. The crew went right to work installing 26 helical piers around the side of the house that had been sinking. The team was able to lift the house up 6 inches and save this new homeowners home. You can see in the two pictures the difference in the laser level and how much the team was able to lift this home.
