This SumpPump was no longer able to keep up with the water which was entering the basement so the homeowners called the experts here at DryZone to come out and replace it. The SumpPump we replaced it with is the TripleSafe which has multiple powerful pumps to move water out and away from your basement along with a reserve battery power. 

In Fruitland, MD the crawl space was not in great shape and needed DryZone to take care of the problem. The project involved removing debris, taking out the destroyed insulation, installing a water drainage mat and an interior wall liner.

Also, the homeowners wanted to cover the ground of the crawl space, which is exactly what DryZone did. We installed the wall liner in the crawl space. 

This crawl space had a thin vapor barrier that was improperly taped to the foundation and had fallen down in many areas. After falling, it seemed the vapor barrier showed signs of ripping! DryZone replaced the vapor barrier and completely sealed every corner of this crawl space!
