This homeowner started to have some concerns with their foundation when they noticed a horizontal crack in their basement. When the crack started to expand, they worried the basement wall would bow inwards and the problem would grow worse. DryZone trains experts in foundation repair and knew what would work best for this basement wall. DryZone installed PowerBraces to stabilize and slowly repair the slightly bowing wall to be straight again. 

As winter became extra cold on Delmarva, this homeowner noticed cold floors in their home. To keep the home warm, he knew he needed to have better insulation in the crawl space. DryZone encapsulated the crawl space and added a two-inch thick foam board to block out cold air. 

To clean this crawlspace the crew from DryZone installed a tripleSafe sump pump to ensure that water would be pumped out of the crawlspace with and IceGuard to ensure that freezing during the winter wouldn't be a problem. They also installed a  clean space wrap and sealed the vents from the inside to ensure that water from the outside and moisture from the dirt couldn't get in. This was important because removing moisture form the crawlspace ensures that mold and other nasty things like it aren't given the perfect space to reproduce 

When one of out crews arrived to this location it had water pooling in areas and those without the pools where incredibly muddy. This situation was quickly fixed when the triple safe was installed. It's large amount of pumping power quickly drained the water from the basement making it nice and dry allowing for CleanSpace to be put down. 

This crawlspace had previously had a plastic liner installed in it which was ineffective as it had previously been torn and had come up in some places. CleanSpace won't have this issue as it is sealed tightly to the ground to prevent it from coming up and is a much thicker material to prevent it from being torn.
