These pictures show what happens when a concrete floor sags or cracks. There will be a gap between the floor and baseboard trim. We can use a variety of piering systems to correct this issue. In this case we used slab piers and pushed the slab back into place. The concrete was patched as needed and the homeowner had a huge smile afterwards.
Wall anchors are a great option for repairing cracking foundations. This homeowner noticed a slight bow in their basement wall and DryZone did the repairs with Wall Anchors!
While this system may not look like much it can help you feel confident about the future of your homes foundation. It is designed not only to protect your home but also to minimize the damage and time needed during instillation. Other methods might require drilling which would damage the walls and wood support or be time consuming but this method eliminates those. One of the best features of this system it that it can be tightened over time to correct wall tilt and not just to prevent it.
