Advertising let us know of your company and was presented in a manner that convinced us the company was professional and that we should have the space beneath our home encapsulated to prevent damage to our infrastructure. Steve is very knowledgeable and personable. He always explains everything carefully and completely so we are sure we understand everything. Excellent group of men--very organized, prompt, efficient, careful, considerate. The crew leader knew what was to be done and answered any additional questions; the crew worked diligently and were a good team. The crew ensured that everything was back as it was after installation and carefully gathered up all debris. You are perfect! Dry Zone has excellent staff and crew. They are apparently well trained and experienced. The company must be good to work for, because everyone we have been in contact with seems happy to work for Dry Zone and know everything that needs to be done, how it will be done--and illustrates that to customers with pictures. If the office gives us a date, they may even call back with a sooner one to see if it is convenient. If the office says the sales rep or crew will be here at 9:00, they are here at 9:00, we don't get a "window"and have to wait all day for them. We like your maintenance service--very thorough, and afterward, Steve explains all he found, what he did, and provides pictures. He takes his time, and we know he is being thorough. Excellent :)

I was so thrilled with the work that DryZone completed for me. Ususally you find contractors who leave trash and you had to clean up after the crew. Mario and his team were so respectful and such great workers. I have worked in contracting, plumbing, and electrical for years. I have been around lots of contractors and never have I met a crew of people so good at their job. I was so thrilled at the results of my crawl space and so impressed by the DryZone Crew! It felt like they cared about my home like it was their home. It was so refreshing!

Dry Zone,                Thank you for the fine work done at my Beach House. I first met with Brad Wazlavek at my house and he went to work and checked everything and told me what needed to be done. He knew exactly what he was doing. I went with his suggestions and the work was completed in a timely manner.  They actually completed the work before the estimated date. They did an excellent job and I could not tell they were actually there as they cleaned everything up before they left. I also spoke with Heather who was very polite and help me with the billing. The tech was on time and so polite. I could tell that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to your products. He addressed all of my questions and finished up in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend DryZone to my friends and family.

The inspector, Derek McCarra, presented a clear and well illustrated presentation. He answered all of our questions and followed up with us thoroughly. The office staff (Rob and Dawn) were excellent, very professional. Mario and Juan were very hard workers and had great positive attitudes. They did a VERY difficult job, very well.
