When this homeowner purchased the home, he was told to have someone take a look at the crawlspace to ensure the area was well protected. Our team came out to take a look and noticed that the crawlspace has already been encapsulated with foam board insulation on the walls, which we will be leaving. What we did suggest ensuring the area stays a healthy space was to remove and replace any liner within the area and the existing perimeter drainage. 

We also noticed within the sump crock there was a corrugated pipe that was being used as a drain system. Because of this, we connected our hydro link to the existing dump pump. The original discharge line was connected to the sewer line, the homeowner had a plumber disconnect that so we could run the line outside and away from the home.
