The scary crawl space in Ocean Pines was home to camel back spiders and at least one brown reculse spider. Nto to mention mold and mositure. The homeowners knew they needed to act fast. Those critters taking up residence in their home was not something they want to have at all. By encapsulating the space they are keeping out moisture but also scary critter and potentially dangerous spiders. Adding a dehumidifier to the space will make sure that moisture levels are under control. Keeping mold from growing. They also added insulation - making their home energy efficient and comfortable. 

This crawl space in Dewey Beach was a mess. The open, vented crawl space allowed moisture to enter the space and critters. They noticed mold growing and were growing increasingly concerned. Although they knew they had to do something and knew about encapsulation they were not sure how to do this in a flood zone.  DryZone was able to show them that their crawl space can still be encapsulated and close the vents off keeping humid air out. This new homeowner was excited to being their new life with a beach home on DelMarVa. Unfortunately, the home inspections uncovered some issues in the crawl space, particularly wet subsoil and high humidity which had led to staining on the walls. This home in Camden, DE only had one entrance to their crawlspace, which was inside the home. After calling DryZone to check out their crawlspace, it was decided that we would make a new entrance to the crawlspace outside the home with a new EverLast crawlspace well and door.  

This couple in Camden, DE have lived in their home over 28 years. When the cracks in their home became bigger and bigger, they turned to DryZone to see what could be done. When our System Design Specialist came out to review their crawlspace, they found that some structural wood underneath the home had rotted, causing parts of the home to sag, creating the cracks. We replaced a girder and a joist before encapsulating the whole crawlspace and installing a sump pump and a dehumidifier. 

Standing water in this Lewes crawlspace alerted the homeowner they were in need of an encapsulation.
