After one too many tripping hazards were noticed around the pool, this Centreville, MD homeowner called the concrete lifting and leveling experts at DryZone. DryZone injected a hardening and waterproof foam underneath the concrete pool deck to lift it to its original pour height. After lifting, the seams of the concrete were sealed with a waterproof sealant to protect the ground underneath from washing away any further.

This homeowner has done a lot of work to their home recently are gave us a call because they were uncertain of what needed to be done in their crawlspace. There was nothing previously done to the area so we sent our team to take a look and asses the situation. The only thing the homeowner knew they needed was at least a vapor barrier.   After taking a look at the area, they asked for us to regrade & rake the ground throughout the crawlspace and add drainage matting. The drainage matting creates space for water to flow down to a perimeter drainage system, then to a sump pump system such as our Triple Safe and out of the home. This will keep the area dry, clean and healthy.

The concrete sidewalk in Woolford, MD has already started sinking and the homeowners are concerned about the dangerous hazards the concrete may cause the homeowners.
