After a thorough inspection from a DryZone Design Specialist, it was discovered that her piers were sinking into the ground and there was high moisture in the crawlspace causing the wood to be soft. As a solution, DryZone installed SmartJacks and a support beam to level the floor above. To reduce the moisture in the air, the crawlspace and base of the SmartJacks were wrapped in CleanSpace.
