A home owner in Middletown, DE wanted her basement finally finished. Half of the work had been done, but the previous company did not finish the job. The home owner called us to see if we could finish what the other company didn't. Once we arrived and actually began working on the basement. After it was finally completed, the owner was very pleased with everything.

This house in Middletown takes being a split level home to a new meaning. Their basement wall has a huge crack that runs from one side to the other right through the middle of the wall. To keep this wall from bowing or buckling we installed a few GeoLock Wall Anchor systems. GeoLock Wall Anchors have and anchor placed far out in solid soil and then the anchor on the inside of the wall, attaching the two is a long steel rod. The anchor can be tightened if needed and doesn't require a huge whole in your already cracked wall.
