This home had major structural problems and DryZone was able to save this home using SmartJacks!

The homeowner called DryZone because their sump pump was no longer working. Here is a great before and after of the pump now that it was replaced with our Crawl Space Sump Pump System. 

This crawl space had tons of water under the home. The moisture problem that they faced also lead to sturctural issues with in the home. 

This crawl space was greatly in need of encapsulation. The bare earth was allowing humidity to damage the wood and air quality inside the home. A Mold-X application left the wood looking like new in just 20 seconds. Clean Space with drainage matting and a SaniDry CX was applied to this crawl space leaving the area protected from further moisture damage. This is a very happy homeowner!

Here is a great example of what many home builders use to "level" the floors after they are installed. If I had a nickel for every time I saw a little scrap piece of wood shoved up under a girder...I'd have a ton of nickels. It's strange that this is generally accepted because when you think about it, the whole weight of the home is resting on some thin little piece of wood. The best way to fix it is to add SmartJacks and shim up the piers with large steel plates.
