After moving in the home, this Rehoboth Beach, DE family discovered some water leaking in the basement. DryZone installed a DryTrak drainage system leading water to a sump pump. To block out moisture, DryZone installed CleanSpace walls. 

Every heavy rainstorm brought leaks through the foundation cracks in this basement. With DryZone, the basement walls are covered in CleanSpace, leading moisture down into a drainage system that was properly routed around the oil tank located in the basement.

A crew from Dryzone installed an egress window in the house to ensure that the Homeowner would have access to plenty on natural light in the basement.

This crawlspace goes through a major transformation with the first difference being that CleanSpace was installed to prevent moisture from seeping through the ground. Next the vents are blocked and a Everlast door is installed to limit the amount of of outside air entering the crawlspace. Then last but not least a SaniDry Sedona was installed to remove moisture from the air. This is all done to keep the humidity level of your crawlspace down to levels where mold can not fester.
