Greenbackville, VA Crawlspace Repair

Dust and microbial growth were prominent in this Greenbackville, VA crawl space. To protect the homeowners of this home, DryZone encapsulated with 20 mm thick CleanSpace and a powerful dehumidifier.

Newark, DE basement finishing transformation

This basement in Newark, Delaware was very plain and not a lot of fun to spend time in. That is until the pros at DryZone got their hands on it. Its hard to notice from these two shots but the support column was actually slightly off center and the floor wasn't even at all. We were able to cover the unsightly column and our basement flooring took care of the uneven surfaces nicely. We were able to transform this old and uncomfortable space into a brand new family room where the kids can play all day long.

Crawlspace beatified by instillation of CleanSpace in Newark MD

The first thing we put in place to preserve this church's crawlspace and foundation is a CleanSpace to prevent moisture from entering. This is done to keep the humidity levels low which is done to prevent mold from growing on the wood and degrading it. We also installed an Everlast door for further sealing from the outside for both moisture and trash.

Damp crawlspace in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware

This home is at the beaches in Delaware. They had a high humidity problem, insulation was falling down and they had a musty smell comming from the crawlspace.  They were at the end of their ropes until they called DryZone to come out to fix their problem. DryZone installed a new vapor barrier: CleanSpace, blocked all of the foundation vents and installed a new SaniDry CX - a powerful dehumidifier to keep the moisture levels down.

Foundation Repair in Dewey Beach, Delaware

A home owner in Dewey Beach, Delaware contacted DryZone about a foundation problem that they were having. As you can see the foundation wall was cracking and from the outside you can see it was bowing forward. This was caused by the home sitting on nothing but sand. When the high tide came in around 2:25 that morning, it caused the sand to erode and push against the foundation. Once we were there we knew that we had to do something about it that day or the home owner would have lost his home. We installed the wall anchors  to bring the foundation back in the original condition before it ever started to cave in. The home owner was very pleased with the solution we provided to ensure his foundation wall didn't gave way.
