This crawl space was wet and damp, this dampness encouraged mold growth along the floor joists. This homeowner is glad that he contacted Team DryZone. The old insulation was removed and Mold-X applied to the floor joists removing the mold staining. CleanSpace was installed which will prevent water seepage in the future. The final touch was the installation of a SaniDry dehumidifier to control humidity in the crawlspace which will in turn impact the whole house!
