One of our crews from DryZone came out to cleanup this crawlspace by firstly installing a TripleSafe sump pump to pump unwanted water out of the crawlspace as well as an IceGuard to ensure that there will be no problem with freezing during the winter. Then Clean space was installed in order to reduce the amount of moisture in the air preventing the growth of mold within it. The vents where also sealed in order to prevent hot and cold air entering the crawlspace which if allowed to continue would increase you heating and cooling bills.

Uneven concrete slabs is a danger to you and others as it can be a tripping hazard which in some towns can even lead to fines because of this it is a good idea to fix the problem early before the slabs lip becomes larger. This vapor barrier originally installed in this Crawlspace has over time decayed and became ineffective resulting in water entering the Crawlspace. The first step we took to do so was the removal of the former encapsulation so that we could install CleanSpace as the second step which will ensure that their Crawlspace will remain dry for the years to come
