Concrete slabs can settle into the ground when dirt washes away underneath. When slabs sink, they can collect water, and can cause water damage to a home that is against a slab. 

Falling insulation and water intrusion can be a bad mix full of microbial growth. After cleaning the fallen insulation out of the crawl space, DryZone controlled the moisture and placed a strong sump pump to remove ground water as soon as it comes in. 

After purchasing the home from a family member, this homeowner wanted to improve the look of the basement. He had noticed some signs of water damage on the walls and wanted to make sure moisture would no longer be a problem.
