This homeowner decided it was time to protect their Crawlspace so they gave the experts here at DryZone a call. A crew was sent out which would then encapsulate their Crawlspace preventing water moisture from getting in which will prevent mold growth and act as insulation.

The homeowner reached out to us stating that there home has smells that are overwhelming and keep their daughter from staying there when visiting due to allergies. They asked us to do what was necessary to remedy the situation so it is problem free for the remaining time they plan to live in the home.

We found that there were a lot of issues within the crawlspace and in order to correct them, we needed to redo the entire area. This included adding a sump pump, ice guard to prevent a frozen discharge line, remove debris and installing cleanspace with drainage matting.

This homeowner was in need of a new sump pump to ensure that water would no longer fill their basement. Our team was able to remove the old sump pump and install one of our Triple Safe sump pumps with a discharge line. This makes sure that any water that enters their basement in the future is removed properly.
