The homeowners in Chester, MD are unhappy with the outcome of their crawl space, which is why they contacted DryZone to encapsulate the area. A crawl space must have dry air with no moisture in order to prevent mold from growing and to keep the crawl space clean. Our crew injected the PolyLevel foam from above, thru the sidewalk slab and lifted this sidewalk.  Now these homeowners have safe access to their basement and the could not be more happy with the work done by DryZone.

The homeowners wanted to make a change, which is why they called DryZone. DryZone installed a dehumidifier, water drainage mat, and interior CleanSpace wall and floor liners. The porch in Rock Hall, MD is experiencing a large crack and sinking slab by the stairs and the front door of the home.
