This Homeowner wanted to be safe in the knowledge that their retirement home would have no problems so they called the experts here at DryZone to come out and ensure it would last. The first step we took was shoring up parts of the foundation that had begun to sag and to do that we used SmartJacks which will raise the house to its previous height while preventing sinking in the future. The final step is the installation of CleanSpace which will keep the humidity low which will prevent any mold growth and wood rot.
