This homeowner had previously had us do a foundation repair and now they wanted to ensure that they wouldn't need more in the future. To do that they had us come out and encapsulate their Crawlspace so that water damage would not occur again. 

We received a call from this homeowner because they had decided it was time to fix their messy and wet crawlspace. Water filled the entirety of the space causing water stains all over the foundation walls, mold, and an overall unhealthy space. 

In order to help them, we installed a HydroLink Drainage System to feed water to a TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace Vapor Barriers. Using the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, it transforms the area into a clean, dry, attractive and energy efficient space.

The homeowner reached out to us because they noticed that the amount of water in their basement had drastically increased recently. At first it wasn't large amount of water, but it has started to cause flooding and they want it permanently fixed.
