A home owner in Dewey Beach, Delaware contacted DryZone about a foundation problem that they were having. As you can see the foundation wall was cracking and from the outside you can see it was bowing forward. This was caused by the home sitting on nothing but sand. When the high tide came in around 2:25 that morning, it caused the sand to erode and push against the foundation. Once we were there we knew that we had to do something about it that day or the home owner would have lost his home. We installed the wall anchors to bring the foundation back in the original condition before it ever started to cave in. The home owner was very pleased with the solution we provided to ensure his foundation wall didn't gave way.

This homeowner reached out to us to help revamp their crawlspace. After our team took a look and inspected the crawlspace, we determined there were a handful of items that could be done in order to improve the area.
We recommended replacing his current sump pump with a new one, our Triple Safe, installing rim joint insulation, installing a Sedona dehumidifier and installing foam-x insulation on a wall that is bare.
This homeowner gave us a call because they wanted us to take a look at and clean up their crawlspace. They also noticed they there has been a musty smell in their house for quite some time and were wondering if the crawlspace was causing it. Our team went out and explained to the homeowners that in order to get rid of the smell and keep the crawlspace clean, we would need to encapsulate the area.
Constant flooding in this basement made this space almost unusable. Because the family wanted to use the basement for storage, they knew they needed a waterproofing system to keep their items safe. DryZone encapsulated the basement with CleanSpace and added a trench drain to collect water coming in. The water is then led into a TripleSafe sump pump and drained outside.
After encapsulating the crawl space, this homeowner started to notice persisting high humidity in their basement. It was soon discovered there was water intrusion around the perimeter of the basement floor where the seam joining the wall and floor was. DryZone installed a DryTrak system that is installed above ground around the perimeter of the basement. Attached to the DryTrak is CleanSpace walls, catching water and leading it to the perimeter drain.
This homeowner in Rehoboth Beach, DE had so much water in their crawlspace they needed it pumped out before we even started evaluating it.

We all know when you see a problem, you probably SHOULD fix it. That was the case with a customer in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Multiple cracks on their basement walls started to leak and their sump pump was on its way out. This existing customer knew exactly who to call: DryZone!
Through the inspection process, we were able to see that the windows were also in need of replacement, along with the wall insulation. We sealed the multiple cracks with Flexispan, installed EverLast Window Inserts, removed the wall insulation and installed the CleanSpace Wall System, replaced the sump pump with our SuperSump Plus and installed a SaniDry Sedona humidifier.

This home had a the type of crawl space "protection" that we see quite often. Thin plastic haphazardly placed throughout most of the space had begun to wear and was not protecting the home from ground water encroachment or the allergens that can often come into a home from the soil. These homeowners needed their home to be a safe and healthy environment for the years to come. This is when Team DryZone came to the rescue. We were able to impeccably install 20 mil Clean Space liner over the top of the drainage matting. This combination of materials will protect this home from the allergens within the soil. To further protect this home from humid conditions which can encourage microbial growth, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed. This homeowner can rest assured that their home is protected and healthy from the ground up with the help of Team DryZone.
Brighton Suites is a popular hotel located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. There are hundreds of people that walk on the sidewalk by the hotel every single day. The last thing the owners of Brighton Suites want is for someone to injure themselves on their property. This would not only hurt customers but also the company. Luckily, the owners agreed that this was a huge concern for their company and they wanted to lift the concrete without causing traffic or scaring their customers away. DryZone had the perfect solution for this hotel, which was the PolyLevel foam injection. Not only is this a perfect solution but especially in this situation, because Poly is a quick project and has a 15 minute cure time. There is no reason why a company and/or homeowner would not want to use the foam injection to level their concrete slabs.
The homeowners in Rehoboth Beach, DE are experiencing sinking concrete on their front porch. The concrete stairs are no longer leveled with the front porch and the homeowners are concerned about their friends and family tripping. With DryZone, the concrete slab was raised with the PolyLevel foam and the homeowners no longer needed to worry about tripping.
This community pool had a major tripping hazard. The community called DryZone at the end of last pool season to inspect the sinking slab. The community was worried about children on the pool deck stubbing their toes and older people tripping and falling. These problems were a major concern of the community board.
DryZone was able to to lift the slab back into place. Raising it over 1 inch. There is no worry that the PolyLevel will dissolve over time because it doesn’t react or break down with water. Not only will the pool be safe from a tripping hazard but will also keep the water safe as well.
