This homeowner noticed a large crack in the corner of their basement on the foundation wall. They gave us a call to come take a look and we deemed we could correct the issue by using our FlexiSpan Crack Repair system. This product fills and seals the crack to avoid it getting worse & to avoid any water getting into the basement.
This homeowner just had their basement finished and noticed some water coming in from their egress window. Our team went out to inspect the area in which water was entering their home and we determined their egress window needed to be replaced. While removing the current egress window, we installed a Rockwell with a cover.
We also installed a new sump pump, our super sump, where their existing pump was as theirs was very old and needed replacing. Along with that, we added our smart sump battery backup in case the home should lose power, the pump would continue to operate normally.
When sealing a crawlspace it is important to leave no way for the water to enter easily and to also provide an alternative area for the water to travel to. The main way to do that is with the instillation of a Sump Pump in a low area of the crawlspace which will also remove water from the Crawlspace

Crawl spaces can be damp places. This dampness can impact the air quality in your home and the longevity of the structure of the home. One way to combat this is with the installation of a dehumidifier in a conditioned crawl space. DryZone takes care of that installation from beginning to end, even the elctrical work. This homeowner was thrilled to not have to hire a seperate electrician to run the necessary GFI outlet to power the dehumidifer. Our Master Electrician was quick to the scene along with out dehumifier installation team. This homeowner can rest easy knowing that their crawl space is well taken care of by the total package treatment that DryZone can offer.
Originally, these homeowners wanted to enter a contest that DryZone was having giving away a free crawl space encapsulation. once the homeowners took a look at their crawl space and assessed the situation, they knew that they did not want to wait for the contest to conclude. They went ahead with the encapsulation and we are glad that they did. They had standing water and a dryer being vented into their crawl space. This led to humidity levels which were at 75%. The homeowners in Milton, DE are experiencing sinking concrete for their sidewalk. They no longer use their sidewalk for their front door and would like to see a change. DryZone was contacted by these Milton, DE homeowners and our team came out to take a look at the issue. Right away we saw the sinking concrete and knew that PolyLevel foam would be the best solution for them. DryZone injected the foam and the concrete immediately rose back to the desired level.
In Milton, Delaware, a homeowner by the name of Janet Isaacs contacted DryZone becasue they were concerned with their sinking concrete. This sidewalk was causing tripping hazards because one level of the concrete was not at the same level as the other side of concrete.
Instead of contacting someone to redo the entire sidewalk, Janet contacted DryZone to come up with a different solution. We came to Janet's home to inspect the property and sure enough we saw the sinking sidewalk and knew just the right solution to lift the sinking concrete.
At DryZone, we use a installer called PolyLevel, which is injected into holes in concrete to lift the sinking slab. During the process, our PolyLevel team will make holes smaller than a penny and inject the PolyLevel foam into the hole. This injection causes the sidewlak to rise back to the appropriate level.
Now the homeowner is satisfied with the outcome of the sidewalk and no longer worries about tripping hazards and stubbed toes!
This homeowner was looking for a solution to their damp, dark basement. We suggested BrightWall because of the many benefits. Typically in homes we see basements that are painted. The thought is that this would keep the water from enter the space. But all it does is make the paint chip. Adding BrightWall to your basement will guarantee that it won’t come off like paints and sealants. It also directs the water into your WaterGuard or DryTrack System. This creates a clean, dry, space for your basement. Not to mention that the white color of the 3x8 plastic paneling will help to brighten the space, creating an inviting environment. The perfect solution for this homeowner.
This homeowner stopped in to our Big Red Barn to thank us for the work that we did on his basement. "I just can't believe that it could be that amazing and clean down there. For so long we have been dealing with 2-3 inches of water everytime it rains. Things had to be kept off the ground. Not any more! I can't believe how good my basement looks!"
