CleanSpace and Drainage Matting
Once the existing liner is removed drainage matting is placed on the existing dirt floor. Drainage Matting is laid to help create a drainage space for water to flow to a SmartPipe or SmartSump.

DrainageMatting is used to create a air space that acts as a thermal break giving some insulation value. It also adds durability and is puncture-resistant.
SmartSump and SaniDry Sedona
One of the most important things in a crawlspace is keeping standing water and humidity away. One of the ways we do this is with a SmartSump sump pump. The SmartSump is a specially designed sump pump with a liner and lid that are designed to form a tight seal around the CleanSpace liner. The SaniDry Sedona is used to help lower humidity in your crawlspace and circulate air throughout your crawlspace. The SaniDry Sedona has a whopping 100 pints per day capacity and will move 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute around your crawlspace.
