Crawl Space Repair - Wrapping the foundation supports

Wrapping the piers is a smart thing to do and gets overlooked a lot. If they aren't wrapped the liner will get small openings around all those supports. Some houses may have 10-20 concrete columns or more. Even though the openings around the base of the piers are small, that many would add up and make the system much less efficient. Plus it makes the crawlspace liner much nicer to look at, wouldn't you agree?
