Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is installed throughout the space in order to let water run beneath it to the sump pump and out of the home

Drainage matting allows water to run beneath it. The dimple like design you can see is what makes that happen
SmartSump
An area is chosen for the brand new SmartSump. This will be connected to the HydroLink drainage system that lines the perimeter of the crawlspace
Vapor Barrier
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier is placed over the drainage matting
EverLast Door
EverLast Door is in process of being completed
Discharge Line
The discharge line for the SmartSump in the crawlspace. Ice Guard has also been installed in the case of clogged or frozen lines

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier has been installed throughout the entire crawlspace area making it a clean and healthy space
LawnScape Outlet
A LawnScape Outlet is installed at the end of the discharge line
Completion of SmartSump
The SmartSump has been installed and is ready to keep the crawlspace dry!

All of this old insulation is doing nothing to help the home. We removed this in preparation to line the area with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
