This homeowner reached out to us with heavy concern for their rental property. Their main concern is with the stability of the flooring and the terrible mess in the crawlspace. We went out to take a look and after some conversation with the owner, we decided it would be best to complete the restoration of the home and crawlspace in two parts. Part one would be removing all of the debris, batt insulation, and pump all over the water out of the crawlspace. Once done with this, we would move onto part two, which would include the installation of SmartJack supports, Rim Joist / Still Plate replacement, add supplemental / sister Floor Joist and add a replacement Girder. After completion of the entire project, the owner will no longer have to worry about an unhealthy crawlspace and an unstable home for renters.

Our team spent some time pulling old Batt insulation and debris out of the crawlspace in order to make it a clean workspace moving forward. We then made sure to pump out all of the water in the space.
