Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Flooded Crawlspace Renovation Cambridge, MD

This homeowner reached out to us with some concerns about their crawlspace. They did not know the space was encapsulated until a flood happened because the prior homeowner did not let them know. We had originally installed this system and damages have occurred since initial installation.   After taking a look in the area, we recommended replacing the current sump pump since the original one failed, adding a second sump pump, replacing the cleanspace because of the flood and adding in a Sedona. This will ensure the area will stay dry and be a healthy space moving forward.
