This reading shows just how much relative moisture there is in the air. Anything about 60% is ideal for mold growth.
Rust
The beams and joists under this how are made of medal, not an organic material. so mold really isn't a big issue for this homeowner. However, this doesn't rule out structural issues due to rust. Over time the rust will deteriorate these joist, just like a bike left in the rain.
Signs of water
This isn't mold either, these white marks are actually signs that water has been present in the past enough though the ground seems dry down. Wonder what this dirt floor looks like on a rainy day?
Moisture on the Insulation
Although the ground is mostly dry, you can see here moisture gathering on the insulation. During the winter, this can free causing floors to be cold. Or can saturate the insulation causing it to become heavy and fall. No longer effective to the home.
