Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space in Delmar, Delaware

A home owner in Delmar, Delaware had a minor crawl space problem in which they wanted to be resolved now in case something else was to happen in the future. By doing so they wanted a vapor barrier placed down to help with any water that may rise from the ground. They also wanted a dehumidifier and sump pump installed so that they would not have to worry about the water destroying the barrier or the crawl space itself.

Cleaning

After the cleaning and draining, here is what the crawl space looked like. No tearing insulation, and there is a liner on the ground which is used as a vapor barrier.
