A home owner in Lewes, Delaware had called DryZone to come out and inspect their crawl space. They had told us that they were beginning to smell a heavy stench, almost of must. When we had checked under the crawl space, we realized what the real problem was, the insulation was completely damp and was beginning to tear.

Here you can see the full crawl space. The ducts are torn, and the insulation is falling, and you can see that it is damp.

The insulation is this picture is beginning to tear from the ceiling. You can also see the entrance door laying on a pile of dirt, with debris everywhere.
