The Damage
Insulation is falling down, and there is a plastic covering over top of the ground. Not a very good idea.
No Form of Protective Covering
There is no protective covering around the concrete pillars. This makes the entire crawl space more vulnerable to water damage and mold.
Clean Space
The liner is used as a water barrier in which keeps the water from damaging the crawl space insulation.
