The Home
This is the home in Cambridge, Maryland.
The First Inspection
This is what the crawl space looked like when we had inspected it. It is very clean, yet there is some insulation beginning to fall down.
Liner matting
Here is the matting in which we place on the ground, before we place down the actual liner. This is what keeps the liner water resistant, and more of a barrier.
Liner on the Walls
Here, we are placing the liner along the wall, this helps so that any water or humidity can not touch or even be near the beams or joists.
CleanSpace Liner
Here is the drainage matting which we place - separately, then we had placed the CleanSpace liner on top.
The work is complete
Here is the crawl space after everything was complete. As you can see, the crawl space looks very dry, luckily, looks are not everything. This liner will keep the home owners crawl space nice and dry.
