With a call to DryZone, we came out and evaluated how much damage was in the crawlspace and what we could do to control the water, moisture and overall health of their home.
We not only installed one, but two TripleSafe sump pumps, a full CleanSpace liner encapsulation and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the crawlspace controlled and dry. Outside of the crawlspace, we installed 2 discharge lines so if there was any water in the crawlspace, it would be pumped out automatically.
Now this homeowner doesn't have the musty smell inside and can enjoy their patio without worrying about underneath their home!
