Falling insulation: The Beginning to an end
The insulation in this Selbyville crawl space was not entirely falling down, however, you can see in certain areas of the crawl space, the insulation was beginning to lose its hold on the joists.
Humidity- The Wonderful 70's
This homeowner crawl space was well at 73 degrees fahrenheit. The normal temperature for a space like this is around 51-55%, which is around 71-75 degrees.
Fallen Insulation and Water
The ground had numerous cracks. The crawl space had a poured concrete flooring. When ground water had seeped up towards the top of the flooring, it caused the concrete to deteriorate and begin to crack. As you can see in this picture above, there is some cracking on the ground, water, and some fallen; wet insulation just laying there.

As you can see on the right side of this picture, there is a puddle of water on the ground. Some of the insulation on the joists of the crawl space is also falling.
