Crawl Space Repair - Damaged Fiberglass

As you can see in the picture, this cement crawl space has falling fiberglass that has been damaged. The reason why fiberglass falls apart is because there is an overabundance of moisture in the air. The fiberglass can only hold a certain amount of water before it starts to fall apart.
