Old way of doing things
Most people don't ever have an opening this large. You might be used to the sheet metal "half moon" looking shroud and flimsy metal door. This house has a wider opening with some railroad ties and nice stone for drainage. The problem with both of these old doors is that the rain will use them as a funnel and actually direct water right into the crawlspace.
Enlarging the space to make room for the new Turtl
Our crew removes the old wooden walls and opens up the hole a little to make room for the Turtl.
Very easy to get into
You can see the size of the Turtl in this picture. Mario is a around 6 feet tall, so anyone should be able to comfortable fit through the airtight and watertight Turtl. It has a solid bottom as well which makes it easy to just sit down and slide right into the crawlspace.
The finished product, a brand new Turtl
The Turtl comes in beige(shown), dark brown, and green. The idea is that we can match the color of most houses(beige), grass(green), and dirt or mulch(dark brown). This will stand up to weather, and its sturdy and durable.
