When your HVAC (heater and air conditioner) is located under the house, it is open to rust and mold. Those ducts are leaky so they will suck it the air from inside the crawlspace. Even the wood framing that holds the unit in place can mold and rot. All of this could have been avoided by getting the CleanSpace system earlier. But at least it won't get any worse.
