In this crawlspace the first step to cleaning it up was the instillation of a smarts ump to pump water out of the ground to ensure that it doesn't flood the crawlspace. The next step is he laying down of cleanspace which is designed to prevent moisture leakage from the soil and through the walls of the crawlspace. This is to keep humidity levels low to prevent the propagation of mold within the crawlspace.

This homeowner in Wilmington, DE was finally ready to make their basement a more usable space with the help of DryZone. With our WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement and a CleanSpace wall system, any water leaking in through the walls will drain into the perimeter and then into the sump pump.  

This homeowner had just moved and and wanted to ensure that they wouldn't have any flooding problems in the future so they called us at DryZone. We installed the top of the line TripleSafe Sump Pump and an extended the discharge line away from the house so it wouldn't keep pumping the same water over and over.
