This homeowner's skin has recently been breaking out because of the mold growth in their crawlspace so they called the experts here at DryZone to come out and fix that. The first thing we did was remove the old insulation and reattach the HVAC to the top of Crawlspace. Then we put down a layer of CleanSpace which will keep moisture out of the Crawlspace and act as insulation which will remove the condition the mold needs which will kill it.
This homeowner understands that the most important thing for keeping your basement dry is a good SumpPump so they called the experts here at DryZone to come out and replace their old one. We replaced it with the Tripel Safe which is designed so that it can cover any situation form large amounts of rainfall to a power outage.
This homeowner and this home were ready for a fresh start! When this homeowner purchased the home, they knew the new beginnings would start from the ground up! This crawlspace will help keep toes warm and toasty all year long while preventing any deterioration and damage that the moisture in the ground can do! This homeowner was also very excited to be able to participate in a rebate program that rewarded them for protecting their home with an encapsulation done by DryZone!
This homeowner gave us a call because they wanted us to take a look at and clean up their crawlspace. They also noticed they there has been a musty smell in their house for quite some time and were wondering if the crawlspace was causing it. Our team went out and explained to the homeowners that in order to get rid of the smell and keep the crawlspace clean, we would need to encapsulate the area.
This homeowner reached out to us to help revamp their crawlspace. After our team took a look and inspected the crawlspace, we determined there were a handful of items that could be done in order to improve the area.
We recommended replacing his current sump pump with a new one, our Triple Safe, installing rim joint insulation, installing a Sedona dehumidifier and installing foam-x insulation on a wall that is bare.
