Wood floors can become weak with high moisture. With a crawl space encapsulation, the moisture is controlled and lowered, protecting the wood floors.

Next the vents are blocked and a Everlast door is installed to limit the amount of of outside air entering the crawlspace. Then last but not least a SaniDry Sedona was installed to remove moisture from the air. This is all done to keep the humidity level of your crawlspace down to levels where mold can not fester.
