For the past few years DryZone has worked on the crawlspaces in a major condominium community called, The Plantations, in Lewes, DE. Some of the ruined insulation was removed, but the homeowner chose to leave the majority of it in place. A lot of people like to use their crawl space to store beach chairs, seasonal clothing, boogie boards, or extra siding. What happens to those things in a wet and musty crawl space? The homeowner was pleased to learn that the ground could be leveled with gravel before the CleanSpace system was installed. If the ground wasn't leveled there would always be a danger of falling into a hole while crawling around under the house.
