Protecting a Family Home to Last Forever in Harbeson, DE

After inheriting a family home, this homeowner wanted to keep it in great condition. However, she knew she needed to start with improving the crawl space. DryZone did a full encapsulation of the crawl space with a sump pump and dehumidifier.

Encapsulating a Compromised Harbeson, DE Crawlspace

This homeowner has noticed that every time after it rains, water pools up and stays in the crawlspace. They mentioned it has been going on for quite some time now and are finally fed up with it and want to have it fixed and resolved permanently.

Our team went out to scope out the crawlspace to see how we could help and recommended a handful of products that we could use to help solve their problem. Starting with a HydroLink drainage system, which allows water to flow and reach a SmartSump or TripleSafe sump pump system. There is a nylon sock that surrounds the pipe which adds an extra layer of filtration to prevent major clogging.

We also installed CleanSpace with draining matting, SaniDry Sedona, IceGuard, SilverGlo and discharge lines. All of which help in the aid of keeping the crawlspace a clean, dry and healthy area.

Dirty and Damp Crawl Space in Painter, Virginia

This homeowner in Painter Virginia had concerns of her drafty, damp crawl space. After meeting with her designer, they together built a system using the CleanSpace Encapsulation system to keep the humidity low and seal up out side air.

AVALANCHE

A Snow Hill, Maryland home had been dealing with their crawlspace falling apart for six months after they had a flood. DryZone came out and fixed everything, by putting new insulation in and cleaning up and drying out the ground.

According to this homeowner, nothing was wrong with their crawl space. There was no standing water, no mold, and the humidity was normal. However, when the DryZone inspector came to take a look, they noticed above average humidity and falling insulation. After taking a look around, it was seen the vents were open at all times, allowing vapor from the air in the home, attaching to fiberglass insulation. This new was shocking, but now the homeowner sleeps easy knowing the crawl space is sealed properly and humidity is as low as possible.
