This Homeowner decided it was time to give their crawlspace some attention so they decided to give the experts here at DryZone a call. We then came out and installed Cleanspace so that water vapor would not be able to get in which will prevent mold growth and wood rot
This homeowner decided it was time to do some renovating and wanted to include their Crawlspace so they called the experts here at DryZone to come out and get it done. First, we came in and removed any debris in the Crawlspace so that we could then install CleanSpace which will act as a vapor barrier and keep their Crawlspace dry for the years to come.
This Georgetown homeowner was looking to have debris removed from their crawlspac and to have water pumped out to keep the space dry.
This homeowner reached out to us with heavy concern for their rental property. Their main concern is with the stability of the flooring and the terrible mess in the crawlspace. We went out to take a look and after some conversation with the owner, we decided it would be best to complete the restoration of the home and crawlspace in two parts.
Part one would be removing all of the debris, batt insulation, and pump all over the water out of the crawlspace. Once done with this, we would move onto part two, which would include the installation of SmartJack supports, Rim Joist / Still Plate replacement, add supplemental / sister Floor Joist and add a replacement Girder.
After completion of the entire project, the owner will no longer have to worry about an unhealthy crawlspace and an unstable home for renters.
This homeowners neighbors were bragging about the work DryZone accomplished in their crawl space and how extremely satisfied they were. Curious, the homeowner called DryZone inquiring about having their crawl space inspected. DryZone determined that the crawl space had an extreme amount of moisture buildup but no signs of standing water. To avoid further damage, DryZone experts fully encapsulated the space and added both a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and condensate pump.
Because of the work done by DryZone, this homeowner has more piece of mind knowing their crawl space is protected and controlled!
