Before
The side walk in this picture has sunken over an inch from the curb. This has caused a major tripping hazard for those that attend the church.
Separation
Here you can really see just how back the slab had sunk away from the curb.
More like an Art
Our PolyLevel foremen are specially trained to lift the slab. It takes lots of patience and knowledge to get it just right. Here our foemen is feeling the slab raise so he knows if he needs to inject more foam under the slab.
Injecting the PolyLevel
The PolyLevel is injected under the slab in small amounts. Then the foremen allows the foam to expand the the slab to rise before injecting more foam.
Extent of the Damage
You can see here in the diagram the extent of the sinking. All around the church the slabs on the sidewalk are sinking causing major tripping hazards.
PolyLevel Truck
DryZone created a special truck to bring to PolyLevel job sites. the PolyLevel mixtures need to be stored at a specific temperature and come in two parts. Therefore a truck that was able to keep the mixture and store all the gear was needed.
After
You can see here that the slabs have been lifted and leveled to match the height of the curb.
