Basement Waterproofing - Drilling weep holes

DryZone has a policy of drilling EVERY hole core in a block wall to release the pressure. These weep holes are designed to give the water a channel to follow, instead of letting the pressure build up and finding a weak spot to leak. The first time I saw this done, I was amazed at the amount of water sitting inside the basement walls.
