Basement Waterproofing - Digging the trench

Much of the trench is dug by hand, using small shovels and hand held equipment. Once the footer, or main support of the home is exposed we can clean the area and begin installing the drainage pipe. Since our pipe rests on top of the concrete instead of next to it in the dirt, there is far less chance of it clogging up.
