Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Re-doing WaterGuard System Houston, DE

This homeowner is a previous customer of ours. We had originally gone out and installed WaterGuard within their basement, but after further inspection it needed to be redone. They are planning to finish their basement and before they start that project they want to be 100% certain that the water issues are fixed and will not return.    What makes this job a little trickier than others is that the builder of the home made the basement too deep for their location. The homeowners know that because of this, water will always get into the basement but want to have a system in place to ensure it does no damage.    To be certain there would be no further issues, we re-did the WaterGuard, added a TripleSafe Sump Pump and ran a discharge line out and away from the home.
