Water at Basement Steps
This basement is flooded. At the bottom of the steps of the basement there is a lot of water to be addressed.
Mold by the drain
There is mold around the drain system. This original draining system does not suck up the water like our sump pumps do. Instead, the are on a slope, in which the water simply drops into the drain.
Rusted Drain
As you can see the drain itself is no longer any good. it has rusted and flooded. It no longer can drain and get rid of the water.
